Case Study: Vanguard Air Care

Vanguard Air Care, a Manitoba-based air transport medicine company wanted to build brand awareness and stimulate interest in its high-fidelity patient simulation lab. 36T conducted research into its market space, interviewed decision makers and developed a comprehensive brand building guide called the Vanguard Air Care Flight Plan to begin the process of assisting the company in achieving its marketing goals.

The project included an overhaul of its website, a series of blog posts, press releases and the launching of three new social media channels including Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram. Key performance indicator metrics were tracked over time and a variety of organic content was created to help the company quickly gain a strong and growing social media following. The campaign generated earned media from various industry publications and helped the brand position itself as a Canadian leader in the delivery of air ambulance and medevac services.

Case Study: EvaLuk.com

Eva Luk is a Winnipeg-based real estate agent who wanted a new website that better reflected her value proposition. 36T Creative Company worked closely with Eva to uncover the essence of her brand and help her sell properties with more authority and style. 

As part of the process, we interviewed Eva to help tell her story more effectively and created a new responsive realtor website that also allows her to list properties directly on the site and interact with new clients through the help of a versatile contact me form.

The new website is helping Eva stand out in a highly competitive field and sets a playful yet professional tone from which she can build her real estate brand. We’ve also helped Eva out with some photography, 360 virtual tours and videos for some of her recent listings.

Case Study: 1051 Kapelus Drive

1051 Kapelus Drive is a commercial business park for sale in West St. Paul. We worked with Team Czarnecki Real Estate to create impactful marketing materials to generate interest in the $17 million building complex. 

The process involved creating a marketing package consisting of two separate brochures, high quality listing photos and drone videography services. To help the video stand out, we teamed with Norris Audio to provide a professional voiceover that helps to communicate the advanced design and features that make the complex an attractive investment and leasing opportunity.
